First open your gta3.img file with ImgTool and delete the original two files
named "bloodra.dff" and "bloodra.txd".

Then add the following files from the downloaded archive:
"bloodra.dff", "bloodra.txd", "bloodra1.txd", "bloodra2.txd", "bloodra3.txd"
and "bloodra4.txd".

Now you have to edit the files "handling.cfg", "carmods.dat", "vehicles.ide" and
"carcols.dat" with your notepad and replace the original lines with those:

handling.cfg:
It's IMPORTANT to use the handling provided in the readme since otherwise you will
NOT get all the features this mod has!

Then, there are a few things that need to be done for the CLEO-features:
- If you haven't installed CLEO yet, you can get it here: http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/
  download the "CLEO 3 Library (v3.0.846)" and install it.
- put the dragger.cs and dragger.ini into your CLEO-folder in the SA-folder
- open dragger.ini and write in the vehicle-ID of the car you're replacing (default is "504" for bloodra)
- enable or disable, the flames and parachute features by typing 1 or 0 in the according fields in the ini
- save dragger.ini

handling.cfg:
